The Beighton Hypermobility Score

The Beighton Hypermobility Score (Link source attached)

www.arc.org.uk

I have a 'Beighton Score' of 5 - and I have seen people with much worse hypermobility than I have.

Another interesting website I have come across is the Hypermobility Syndrome Association - www.hypermobility.org/index.php

There are lots of sources of support when you look!
