Injury Recovery Plan

15-4-08 – R calf measures 40cm L calf measures 42cm
The Plan
· Remedial exercises for strengthening the obliques, gluts, tensor fasciae latae and iliotibial tract
· Reduce turnout from below the knees
· Continue calf exercises
· Review in one month

My gluts feel sore today, even after the first lot of remedial exercises from yesterday and this morning. Once I can start to feel a connection with this muscle group, I am going to be able to use it properly and effectively. It takes 21 days for the human body to learn something that becomes habit.
