Fatigue - again!
I am asleep as I write, this, or I may as well be. Every single god-damned muscle hurts in my body. If I close my eyes I will fall asleep. I am so stiff and achey I can hardly move. My brain feels murkier than a pond. I am having to imagine walking to the bus stop for work. I can't do this anymore, but I must override my energy level now from 0-10 so I can try and 'do this anymore'. Enough is enough! I can't write anymore. Today.

acarbose 50 mg is effective in lowering postprandial hyperglycemia. It doesn't liven endogenous insulin discharge and, subsequently, won't drive hypoglycemia when utilized as monotherapy. The improved glycemic control performed with it is counted essence to that of sulfonylureas.
