Asthma Update

I have got antibiotics in case of need - but my Peak Flow is still not back to normal and is hovering at about 400. I am still "coldy"  - I don't know whether it just takes people with Hypermobility Syndrome longer to recover from things - but I am not needing the inhaler so much now, which is good.
