Things are generally getting better and better for me in pilates, and I really love my sessions in the pilates studio. I had a fairly good ballet class tonight. Apparently I am doing "strange things" with my head at the moment. All I need to do to correct this is not tilt my head and simply look across to one side of the room or the other. I did have a "good, Isobel" today for my pirouette preparation balance, so that was a really nice boost - I haven't had a good for those before.
I am continuing to work on the hip with the exercises that K has given me, and that right side is feeling stronger. I am feeling really great and in my body!
