This blog is about dance injury in general, and in particular, my own personal recovery and rehabilitation following a calf injury. There is a lot about hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Type III Hypermobility Syndrome and the multisystemic nature of my treatment, including documented physiotherapy treatment

Calf Measurements
There is still a 2cm difference between the girths of the right and left calf with the right not catching up. I think that HB was interested in observing this in me when he saw me last week. He thinks that this is all significant in my pelvic tilt/spinal curve. I will show K at some point the difference in my spinal alignment when I shoulder my right/left leg. Nice standing on left leg, not nice when standing on right.
