Physio review

On 12th March I had my physio review, three weeks after the initial remedial exercises were given. The physiotherapist was impressed by how well I was managing and that the calf had healed. He said that given the sensitivity of the other calf, that any future injury risk was now as great for the left leg as for the right leg. He also said that the right leg muscle was "bulking up nicely". He discharged me, suggesting that I continued with the calf exercises and to contact him if there were any further problems. He said I could also start jumping again and demi-pointe work, as I felt comfortable.

I had the green light to go.
