For the first two nights post-physio, it felt like K had left her fingers in my neck - there was an autograph of her fingers in my neck! On the Friday night I also had lower back pain and pelvic pain... But... I have been sleeping like a baby - up to 11 hours several nights in a row and boy must I need it.... I have even been dreaming again for the first time in probably over six months.
K's exercises are interesting and the "jiggling" is going well.
I am one pain in the neck!
